  • Harburg in Voll- oder Teilzeit zum 01.11.2026. Ihr Profil Sie besitzen
  • einen Bachelor oder ein Diplom in Sozialpädagogik, Sozialer Arbeit
  • oder Erziehungswissenschaften. Sie haben Erfahrung in
  • Falldokumentation und Berichtswesen, sind offen für neue Situationen
  • und begegnen Herausforderungen positiv. Eine respektvolle,
  • ressourcenorientierte Haltung ist Ihnen wichtig. Ihre Aufgaben -
  • Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe (§ 31 SGB VIII) -
  • Erziehungsbeistandschaft (§ 30 SGB VIII) - Beratung und Elternarbeit
  • Krisenintervention - Einsatz bei Kindeswohlgefährdung Wir bieten -
