Die Caritas-Suchthilfe bietet Beratung, psychosoziale Betreuung Substituierter, Suchtprävention, aufsuchende Arbeit, betreutes Wohnen und Hilfen für Kinder suchtkranker Eltern an.
  • Für die aufsuchende Arbeit / Streetwork in unser Suchthilfe suchen wir einen
  • Sozialarbeiter oder Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) Dipl. /BA /MA unbefristet, zum 01.01.2027
  • Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten
  • begegnen Sie Menschen mit Empathie, Offenheit und auf Augenhöhe. arbeiten Sie mit suchtgefährdeten und suchtkranken Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen. gehen Sie dorthin, wo Menschen ihre Zeit verbringen – in den öffentlichen Raum, Jugendfreizeittreffs oder Schulen. unterstützen Sie Menschen auf dem Weg aus der Suchtmittelabhängigkeit. arbeiten Sie konstruktiv mit unseren Netzwerkpartnern zusammen und bauen Sie wertvolle Kontakte auf.
  • Wir wünschen uns
  • haben Sozialarbeit oder Sozialpädagogik studiert (Dipl. / BA / MA). arbeiten engagiert, selbstständig und flexibel. sind kommunikativ, gehen gerne auf Menschen zu und haben Freude an Netzwerkarbeit. besitzen einen Führerschein und einen eigenen PKW. identifizieren sich mit den Leitzielen unseres Verbandes.
