Der AGJ-Fachverband ist Teil der Caritas mit den Aufgabenfeldern Suchthilfe, Wohnungsnotfallhilfe, Beschäftigungsförderung sowie Kinder- und Jugendschutz. Zirka 420 Beschäftigte arbeiten in einem Netz von stationären und ambulanten Einrichtungen der Prävention, Behandlung, Beschäftigung, Nachsorge und Fortbildung.

Die AGJ-Wohnungsnotfallhilfe im Landkreis Lörrach bietet Menschen, die von Wohnungslosigkeit bedroht bzw. betroffen sind, eine Vielzahl von Beratungs- und Hilfsangeboten im Rahmen des SGB XII.

Zur Verstärkung unsers Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine\*n

# Sozialarbeiter oder Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) mit Studienabschluss, 60-100 %

Die Stelle umfasst folgenden Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Begleitung wohnungsloser Menschen nach dem 8. Kapitel SGB XII
  • Hilfe-/Gesamtplanung und Kooperation mit allen Netzwerkpartner\*innen
  • Netzwerk- und Sozialraumorientierung
  • Hilfe bei Alltagsbewältigung, Krisenintervention, Behördengängen
  • Förderung einer selbständigen Lebensführung
  • Schwerpunktbereiche: Ambulante Hilfen, Wohnhilfen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit oder der Sozialpädagogik (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Führerschein KL B / 3
  • Engagement und Flexibilität in der Arbeit mit wohnungslosen Menschen
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit zu methodischem Handeln und fachlicher Reflexion
