### Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

  • aufsuchende Hilfe im Lebensumfeld der Klienten
  • Beratungs- und Entlastungsgespräche
  • konkrete Anleitung zu lebenspraktischen Aufgaben
  • Konflikt- und Kommunikationstraining
  • Krisenintervention
  • Verbesserung der Erziehungsfähigkeit
  • Ressourcenorientierung
  • Koordination und Kooperation im Hilfesystem und Sozialraum
  • Freizeit- und Erlebnispädagogik

### Qualifikationen/Anforderungen

  • Sozialarbeiter/-pädagoge (m/w/d) (Dipl., BA, MA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • eigenständige, zielorientierte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • gerne Berufseinsteiger
