Pflege mit Herz und Fachwissen Das Alexianer St. Lukas Pflegeheim in Solingen bietet 88 Bewohnern - großteils mit Demenz - ein beschütztes, familiäres Zuhause. Als Teil der Alexianer-Gruppe gestalten über 80 Mitarbeitende tagtäglich ein Umfeld voller Würde direkt am Naturschutzgebiet Ohligser Heide. Zur Unterstützung unseres multiprofessionellen Teams suchen wir zum 01.09.2026 eine/n Sozialarbeiter/Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit einem Beschäftigungsumfang von 50 % bis 75 %. Ihre Aufgaben Sicherstellung einer ganzheitlichen Bewohnerbetreuung unter Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards Professionelle Kommunikation sowie kontinuierlicher Austausch mit Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Betreuenden und Bezugspersonen Organisation und Durchführung von abwechslungsreichen Freizeitangeboten und Veranstaltungen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann/-frau mit Erfahrung im Bereich sozialem Dienst oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialarbeit/Sozialpädagogik (Bachelor oder Master of Arts) Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis gegenüber unseren alten pflegebedürftigen Menschen sowie deren Angehörigen Wertschätzende Kommunikation, Teamfähigkeit und Empathie Gute EDV-Kenntnisse Unser Angebot Vergütung nach den Arbeitsvertragsrichtlinien des Deutschen Caritasverbandes (AVR) Eine interessante, abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe Kollegiales, aufgeschlossenes Team Interne und externe Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten 30 Tage Urlaub Kontakt Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung!
