Für unseren Standort Tuttlingen unseres Bereiches JuMeGa® - Junge Menschen in Gastfamilien – suchen wir ab sofort als Elternzeitvertretung einen

Der Stellenumfang beträgt 80 – 100 %, befristet auf 2 Jahre.

JuMeGa® vermittelt junge Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen in Gastfamilien (§33 SGB VIII). Die jungen Menschen und die Gastfamilien werden vom Fachdienst JuMeGa® kontinuierlich und intensiv begleitet und unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Begleitung von Kindern/ Jugendlichen in Pflegefamilienverhältnissen
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung als koordinierende Bezugsperson
  • Dokumentation im digitalen Dokumentationssystem
  • Rufbereitschaften

  • Sie sind Teamplayer, flexibel und können sich ein Arbeiten mit unserer Zielgruppe vorstellen.
  • Sie sind offen sind für Menschen mit ungewöhnlichen Biographien
  • Sie verfügen über ein Studium der Sozialen Arbeit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie haben Lust auf eine lebensnahe, professionelle und sich konzeptionell stetig weiter entwickelnde Tätigkeit.
