Der Bereich "Für Menschen mit Behinderungen" richtet sich an erwachsene Menschen mit kognitiver und Mehrfachbehinderung mit dem Ziel, ein gutes Maß an Lebensqualität in allen Lebensbereichen zu ermöglichen. Die Caritas der Diözese St. Pölten sucht für das Wohnhaus in Rastenfeld einen Behindertenbetreuerin .

  • Aufgabenbereich:
  • Das Wohnhaus ist Lebensmittelpunkt für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Im Sinne des Betreuungskonzeptes steht in der Begleitung der Klient_innen im Lebensbereich Wohnen die größtmögliche Selbstständigkeit, Individualität und Eigenverantwortung im Vordergrund.
  • Was wir erwarten:
  • Anerkannte Ausbildung für die Behindertenarbeit:
  • Fachsozialbetreuerin, Behindertenfachbetreuerin, Pflegeassistentin, Sozialpädagogin (mit UBV)
  • Eine positive Identifikation mit der Caritas und ihren Zielen und Grundsätzen
  • Bereitschaft und Interesse an berufsbegleitender Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Gefestigte Persönlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit, Flexibilität (Dienstplan, Fahrtendienst)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Kooperationsbereitschaft mit Kolleginnen, Leitung sowie Angehörigen bzw. gesetzlichen Vertreterinnen
  • Führerschein B
