  • Begleitung von Menschen mit intensivem Pflegebedarf
  • Abwechslungsreiches Arbeiten auf zwei Wohneinheiten
  • Alltagsgestaltung der von uns begleiteten Menschen unter dem Aspekt der Teilhabe
  • Begleitung, die sich an den Fähigkeiten und Stärken der Menschen orientieren
  • Dokumentation und Förderplanung
  • Dein Profil
  • abgeschlossene pflegerische oder agogische Ausbildung (z.B.: UBV, Pflegeassistenz, Sozialpädagogik, Fachsozialbetreuer: in Behindertenarbeit, Behindertenbegleitung, etc.)
  • Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und eine respektvolle Haltung gegenüber von Menschen mit Behinderung
  • Bereitschaft zum Turnusdienst
  • Gültiger Erste-Hilfe-Kurs (16 h)

Bezahlung lt. Kollektivvertrag Diakonie; Mindestgehalt brutto € 2.492,30 - 2.974,60 bei Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden), Mehrzahlung je nach Vordienst- & Ausbildungszeiten
