Der Stadtteiltreff Haste ist eine unserer Einrichtungen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und dient als wohnraumnaher Treffpunkt für Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene – ein Ort für Begegnung, Beratung und gelebte Partizipation.

  • Im Stadtteiltreff Haste in Osnabrück

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Offene Kinderarbeit: Du gestaltest Angebote für Kinder im Alter von 5 bis 14 Jahren.
  • Elternarbeit: Du führst Beratungs- und Elterngespräche sowie Hausbesuche durch.
  • Netzwerkarbeit: Du vernetzt den Stadtteiltreff mit relevanten Partnern vor Ort.
  • Verwaltung & Dokumentation: Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben wie das Verfassen von Berichten und Dokumentationen.
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit: Du repräsentierst unsere Arbeit nach außen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der offenen Kinder- und/oder Jugendarbeit
  • Flexibilität für Einsätze an bis zu 4 Tagen pro Woche (Mo–Fr zwischen 10:00 und 18:00 Uhr)
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Interkulturelle und kommunikative Kompetenz
  • Empathie, Aufgeschlossenheit und Organisationstalent
