Zur Unterstützung unserer Kunden – Kindertagesstätten und Krippen – suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Sozialassistenten (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Erzieher im pädagogischen Alltag in Kita oder Krippe
  • Begleitung und Betreuung von Kindern
  • Mithilfe bei der Gestaltung des Tagesablaufs
  • Unterstützung bei Spiel-, Förder- und Freizeitangeboten
  • Hilfe bei pflegerischen Tätigkeiten (z. B. An- und Ausziehen, Essen)
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einem sicheren Umfeld

Deine Stärken

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialassistent oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im pädagogischen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Geduld
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
  • Deutschkenntnisse zur Verständigung im Arbeitsalltag erforderlich
