Ab sofort suchen wir in Westerkappeln liebevolle Sozialassistenten in Voll- und Teilzeit.

  • Ihre Aufgaben als Sozialassistent:
  • Selbstständige Betreuung, Pflege und Förderung von Kindern
  • Planung und Durchführung von pädagogischen Angeboten zur individuellen Förderung
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation von Entwicklungsständen
  • Entwicklung und Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der Kinder
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Eine Qualifizierung zum staatlich geprüften Sozialassistenten, Kinderpfleger, Erzieher oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und eine kreative Ader
  • Viel Freude am Umgangmit Kindern
  • Ein hohes Maßan Eigeninitiative und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich
