In unserer Kindertagesstätte "Girotondo" arbeiten wir nach den Prinzipien der Reggio-Pädagogik. Wir suchen eine*n motivierte*n Sozialassistent*in, der/die ab sofort unser Team der Krippengruppe verstärkt. Unsere Kita arbeitet bilingual (deutsch-italienisch).

Die Stelle ist befristet zum 01. März 2028.

  • Eine Grippengruppe mit 10 Kindern (U3)
  • Die Möglichkeit, die Reggio-Philosophie in die Praxis umzusetzen und die Neugier der Kinder zu fördern.
  • Kolleg*innen, die mindestens genauso begeistert von kreativem Lernen sind wie du.
  • Eine Ausbildung zur Sozialassistent*in/Kinderpfleger*in
  • Geduld
  • Ein kreativer Geist, der in der Lage ist, Lösungen zu finden, wenn das Chaos ausbricht.
  • Wir freuen uns, falls du Erfahrungen im Forschen bzw. in der MINT-Bildung mit Kindern hast, setzen dies aber nicht voraus.
  • Eine familiäre Atmosphäre, in der wir die Reggio-Pädagogik leben und die Neugier der Kinder fördern.
  • Die Möglichkeit, deine kreativen Ideen in die tägliche pädagogische Arbeit einzubringen.
