Unser AWO-Seniorenzentrum in Markt Schwaben bietet 89 Senior\*innen einen Platz, an dem sie von unseren Mitarbeiter\*innen gefördert und betreut werden. Wir haben eine Tages- und Kurzzeitpflege sowie eine gerontopsychiatrische Wohngruppe. Unser Ziel ist es, den Bewohner\*innen ein Zuhause zu geben und ihnen eine umfassende, individuelle, ganzheitliche und aktivierende Pflege zukommen zu lassen.

Zur Verstärkung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder ab 1.01.2027 für unsere Einrichtung [ AWO-Seniorenzentrum ](https://awo-obb.de/senioren/einrichtung/awo-seniorenzentrum-markt-schwaben) in Markt Schwaben eine

  • Sozialdienstleitung (m/w/d)
  • in Teilzeit, 32 Std./Woche (unbefristet)

## Stellenbeschreibung

  • Übernahme der Leitung unseres Sozialdienstes
  • Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Konzepten zur Weiterentwicklung des Sozialdienstes unserer Einrichtungen
  • Beratung unsere Bewohner (m/w/d) und deren Angehörige
  • Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen für unsere Bewohner (m/w/d), Angehörige und Gäste
  • Erstellung individueller Betreuungspläne für unsere Bewohnern (m/w/d) sowie digitale Dokumentation

### Sie bringen mit

  • Abschluss eines Studiums im sozialen Bereich (bspw. in Soziale Arbeit (B.A.), Sozialwirtschaft, Sozialmanagement, als Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Altenpflege wünschenswert
  • Teamgeist sowie Engagement und Freude im Arbeitsfeld Altenpflege
