### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) nach § 43b, 53c SGB XI (ehemals § 87b SGB XI)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Alltagsbegleitung von demenziell veränderten Menschen
  • Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Empathie, Zuverlässigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Soziale Betreuung und Motivation der Pflegebedürftigen
  • Unterstützung bei den täglichen Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppenbetreuungen wie z. B. Sitzgymnastik, Gedächtnistraining, Sportgruppen wie Dart und Kegeln, begleitende Mahlzeiten
  • Erhaltung der Lebensqualität der Bewohner
