Stellenbeschreibung

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben sind:

  • Einzelberatungen – persönlich vor Ort, telefonisch und über Video
  • Onlineberatung
  • Gruppenleitung
  • Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Anforderungen:

  • Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik oder verwandter Fächer
  • Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten, an der Mitgestaltung eigener Aufgabenbereiche und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • eine geschlechtersensible und diskriminierungskritische Haltung sowie die Fähigkeit, gesellschaftliche Normen und Körperideale in der Beratungsarbeit zu reflektieren

Wir bieten:

  • befristete Beschäftigung bis 31.01.2028 als Elternzeitvertretung mit 24 Wochenstunden
  • planbare und verlässliche Arbeitsorganisation
  • Hohe Fachkompetenz und langjährige Erfahrungen im Essstörungsbereich
  • Interne und externe Fortbildungen
  • Regelmäßige Teamsitzungen, Intervision und Supervision
  • Bezahlung nach TV-L S11b
