Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

  • Sozialpädagog*in (m,w,d) oder ähnliche Qualifikation für die Pflegekinderhilfe Marzahn-Hellersdorf
  • Teilzeit / 30 Wochenstunden Welche Tätigkeiten und Arbeitsinhalte erwarten Sie?
  • Überprüfung von Pflegeeltern, Beratung und Begleitung von Pflegefamilien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Herkunftsfamilie und dem Jugendamt sowie anderen beteiligten Fachkräften.
  • Organisation und Begleitung der Besuchskontakte zwischen Eltern und Pflegekind unter Beteiligung der Pflegeeltern.
  • Unterbringung von Kindern in Krisensituationen und Beratung der Pflegefamilien im Rahmen der Perspektivklärung.

  • Voraussetzungen
  • Studium Sozialpädagogik / Sozialarbeit oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Zusatzqualifikation erwünscht (z.B. systemische Beratung, Traumapädagogik, IBT, entwicklungspsychologische Beratung)
  • Erfahrungen in der Jugendhilfe
  • Kenntnisse in der Bindungs- und Entwicklungspsychologie
  • Beratungskompetenz
  • Fähigkeit zu eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Fähigkeit zur Rollenklarheit und Grenzwahrung innerhalb verschiedener Systeme
  • Akzeptanz gegenüber unterschiedlichen Lebensentwürfen und weltoffenes Menschenbild
