## Deine Tätigkeit bei uns

  • autismusspezifische Beratung und Förderung von Menschen mit Hilfebedarf aus dem Autismusspektrum im Einzelsetting
  • Aufbau und Durchführung von Gruppenangeboten in Kooperation mit anderen Einrichtungsteilen
  • interne und externe Fachberatung
  • enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen, Angehörigen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen
  • die Wochenstunden sind nach Ihren Vorstellungen verhandelbar und können zwischen 10 und 30 Stunden in der Woche betragen

## Dein Profil

  • Sozialpädagog:in, Sonderpädagog:in oder Heilpädagog:in
  • Zusatzqualifikation / Fortbildung zum Thema Autismus (mindestens 144 Stunden Basis-Schulung) erforderlich
  • praktische Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Autismus
  • selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
