##### Das ist dein Arbeitsplatz:

  • Du begleitest eine Kleingruppe von bis zu 8 Schüler:innen der Brüder-Grimm-Schule und bist für sie eine
  • verlässliche Ansprechperson. Du arbeitest lebensweltbezogen, ressourcenorientiert und mit einem
  • systemischen Blick. Du bietest den Schüler:innen die Möglichkeit, sich wieder in den Regelverbund der Klasse
  • einzufinden.

##### Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Respekt und professionelle Nähe im Betreuungskontakt sowie ein positives, humanistisches Menschenbild
  • Angemessenes Durchsetzungsvermögen, sicheres Auftreten auch in Krisensituationen, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Kommunikations-, Kritik- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation
  • Bereitschaft, sich fortzubilden und fachlich weiter zu entwickeln

##### Das bringst du mit:

  • Sozialpädagog:in/Sozialarbeiter:in [BA/Master/Diplom] mit staatlicher Anerkennung oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss [z.B. Diplom-Pädagog:in]
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Jugend- und Familienhilfe
  • Sicherer Umgang im Berichtswesen und im Kontakt mit dem ASD
  • Strukturiertes, ziel- und sozialräumlich orientiertes Arbeiten
  • Konflikt- und Gesprächsführungskompetenz
  • Reflexionsfähigkeit
