  • Deine Aufgaben: ▪ Du begleitest, unterstützt und berätst Kinder, Jugendliche sowie deren Eltern in Krisen- und Belastungssituationen in Form von Erziehungsbeistandschaft und sozialpädagogischer Familienhilfe.
  • ▪ Du baust dabei eine stabile und vertrauensvolle Beziehung auf und hilfst bei der Bewältigung von Alltagssituationen und -problemen.
  • ▪ Du unterstützt den Aufbau von sozialen Netzwerken als wichtige Ressource im familiären Kontext und hast dabei den Sozialraum und weitere am Hilfeprozess Beteiligte im Blick.

  • Dein Profil: ▪ Du besitzt einen pädagogischen Abschluss als Sozialpädagog:in, Sozialarbeiter:in oder vergleichbar.
  • Idealerweise besitzt Du Erfahrungen in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und in der Beratung.
  • ▪ ▪ Du hast freizeitpädagogische Interessen oder einen erlebnispädagogischen Hintergrund.
  • ▪ Du bist belastbar, kommunikationsstark und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit.
