Stellenumfang : 19,5 bis 39,0 Wo.Std.

Befristung : unbefristet

  • Dienstorte : Brudergasse 215, 86899 Landsberg am Lech &
  • Fischerei 20, 86911 Dießen

Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Suchtberatung von Betroffenen und Angehörigen
  • Aufsuchende Beratung und Begleitung von Klient\*innen mit einer Suchterkrankung (ABW)

Anforderungsprofil :

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen im Sucht- und/oder Psychiatriebereich wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft im Team zu arbeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation
  • Führerscheinklasse B
  • Bereitschaft, die Ziele der Caritas mitzutragen und an deren Erfüllung mitzuarbeiten
