Wir suchen eine/ eine Sozialarbeiter/Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d) oder ähnliche Qualifikation  

zur Beratung von Täter\*innen und zur Durchführung von Täterprogrammen nach Partnerschaftsgewalt für unseren Standort Ingolstadt.

### Wesentliche Tätigkeiten sind:

  • Durchführung von Beratungsgesprächen im Einzelsetting zur Vorbereitung auf das Gruppenangebot
  • Mitgestaltung und Durchführung von Gruppenangeboten nach dem Standard der BAG Täterarbeit Häusliche Gewalt e.V.
  • Teilnahme an Vernetzungstreffen und themenbezogenen Arbeitskreisen

### Wir bieten:

  • Teilzeitstelle nach Absprache, 50-75%,
  • Selbständiges und kreatives Arbeiten in einer fachlich renommierten Beratungsstelle mit komplexen Aufgaben
  • Mitgestaltung und Entwicklung unserer Außenstelle in Ingolstadt
  • Regelmäßige Supervision und Möglichkeit zur Fortbildung
  • Bezahlung nach TV-L West Bayern

### Wir erwarten:

  • Erfahrung in Einzel- und Paarberatung, sowie Gruppenarbeit
  • Erfahrung in der konfrontativen und systemischen Arbeit
  • Gewaltbezogene Zusatzqualifikation wünschenswert
  • Kooperation in komplexen Helfersystemen und im Rahmen der Justiz
  • Arbeit nach den Standards der Bundarbeitsgemeinschaft Täterarbeit Häusliche Gewalt e.V.
  • Ausführung von Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zur Sensibilisierung zum Themenfeld Partnerschaftsgewalt
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Quereinstieg bei geeigneter Qualifikation möglich (Studium in der Sozialpädagogik oder Psychologie ist Voraussetzung, Quereinstieg als systemischer Berater oder Therapeut möglich, Erfahrung)

### Arbeitszeiten:

  • 20-30 Wochenstunden
  • Gruppenangebot 18:00 - 20:30 Uhr (1 Abend in der Woche)
  • Arbeitszeitrahmen 9:00 - 21:00 Uhr
