### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Therapeutische Begleitung von Menschen im Autismus-Spektrum
  • Anwendung geeigneter verhaltenstherapeutischer und weiterer Therapieansätze
  • Austausch mit Klienten und Angehörigen
  • Dokumentation der Therapieverläufe und Planung individueller Maßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären Team und externen Partnern

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialpädagogik, Sozialer Arbeit, Heilpädagogik, Sonderpädagogik, Pädagogik oder Psychologie
  • Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Autismus-Spektrum-Störungen wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Empathie und eine wertschätzende, reflektierte Haltung
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Freude an Teamarbeit
