Für unser Mädchenwohngruppe in Darmstadt-Eberstadt suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Sozialpädagoge\*in bzw. Sozialarbeiter\*in mit einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit ab 30 Stunden im Schichtdienst.

Schwerpunkt der Arbeit ist die Betreuung von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in einer vollstationären Jugendhilfeeinrichtung.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Übernahme von Bezugsbetreuungen
  • Pädagogische Begleitung im Alltag
  • Hilfeplanung und -durchführung
  • Kooperation mit Jugendamt, Eltern, Schule etc.

Wir erwarten:

  • Bachelor (Erforderlich)
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
