Für unser Kinderheim in Eurasburg suchen wir nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Sozialarbeiter/innen /-pädagoginnen oder Erzieher/innen oder Mitarbeiter/innen mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gruppendienst in Wechselschicht
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Behörden und anderen zum Netzwerk gehörende Personen
  • Mitwirkung an der zukunfts- und bedarfsorientierten konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung
  • Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Supervision
  • Bezugsbetreuersystem

Wir wünschen uns:

  • Bereitschaft zu Teamarbeit und Kooperation
  • Selbstständiges kreatives und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Eigenverantwortliches Wahrnehmen und Ausfüllen des Aufgabenbereiches
  • Erfahrung in sozialer Gruppenarbeit
  • Erfahrung mit Kindern in unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen
  • PC Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen Windows-Anwendungen (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Pkw-Führerschein Kl. B mit ausreichend Erfahrung und Sicherheit
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Bereitschaft nach genderpädagogischen Grundsätzen und tiergestützter Pädagogik zu arbeiten
  • die Bereitschaft zur selbsterfahrungsorientierten Weiterbildung setzen wir voraus
