  • Für unseren Standort Kassel suchen wir Sie ab sofort in Vollzeit oder in Teilzeit. Ihre Aufgaben
  • Aktivierung, Motivierung, Beratung und Begleitung von Teilnehmenden
  • Planung, Umsetzung, Auswertung und Dokumentation des Förderprozesses
  • Akquise von sowie Vermittlung in Praktikums-, Ausbildungs- oder Arbeitsstellen
  • Kooperation mit Betrieben, Auftraggebern und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern
  • Hilfestellung bei Problemlagen
  • Konflikt- und Krisenbewältigung
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit, Heil- bzw. Rehabilitationspädagogik oder Sonderpädagogik
  • Pädagogische Fachkräfte ohne die o. g. Studienschwerpunkte benötigen mindestens eine einjährige Berufserfahrung im pädagogischen Bereich
  • Kenntnisse des Berufsbildungssystems und beruflicher Anforderungen sowie des regionalen Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarktes
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke
