Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Hannover für den Einsatz in einer Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsmaßnahmen Mitarbeitende (m/w/d) im sozialpädagogischen Bereich.

  • Voraussetzung ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik/-arbeit bzw. Soziale Arbeit, Heilpädagogik oder Rehabilitations-, Sonderpädagogik (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master).
  • Alternativ werden auch Studienabschlüsse (Diplom, Bachelor, Master oder Magister Artium) mit den Ergänzungsfächern bzw. Studienschwerpunkten (Sozial-/Heil-) Pädagogik/Sozialarbeit oder Rehabilitations-, Sonderpädagogik oder Jugendhilfe akzeptiert.

Die Besetzung der Arbeitsstelle ist um 01.06.2026 vorgesehen.

Zu den Aufgaben:

Sozialpädagogische Begleitung unserer Teilnehmer\*innen u. a. unter folgen Gesichtspunkten:

  • Sozialpädagogische Begleitung der Teilnehmenden
  • Orientierungsberatung und Erstellung individueller Qualifizierungspläne
  • Unterstützung bei Stabilisierung, Krisenintervention und Problemlagen
  • Durchführung von Beratung, Einzelfallhilfe und offenen Sprechstunden
  • Mitarbeit an Fallbesprechungen und Teamarbeit
  • Unterstützung im Bewerbungsprozess und Vorbereitung auf betriebliche Erprobungen

Weiterhin umfasst das Aufgabengebiet ...

  • Dokumentationsarbeit
  • Förderplanung
  • Netzwerkarbeit

Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit der Zielgruppe und Kenntnisse im Bereich SGB II und SGB III sind von Vorteil.
