Für unsere BaE (Berufsausbildung in außerbetrieblichen Einrichtungen) in Wuppertal suchen wir Beschäftigte (m/w/d) im sozialpädagogischen Bereich in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

### Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Sozialpädagogische Begleitung der Teilnehmer\*innen
  • Alltagshilfen, Krisenintervention, Einzelfallhilfe, Elternarbeit
  • Planung und Durchführung von pädagogischen Angeboten
  • Kooperation mit den zuständigen Ausbildungsbetrieben und Berufsschulen sowie Agentur für Arbeit und Jobcenter
  • Planung, Initiierung und Begleitung von Qualifizierungsprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den am Qualifizierungsprozess beteiligten Mitarbeiter\*innen
  • Dokumentation, Erstellung von Förderplänen
  • Förderung der Schlüsselkompetenzen

### Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik/-arbeit bzw. Soziale Arbeit, Heil-, Rehabilitations-, Sonderpädagogik
  • Berufserfahrung mit der Zielgruppe
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisations- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Kenntnisse des Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarktes
  • Beratungskompetenz
