Der Kreis-Caritasverband Rottal-Inn e. V. ist ein Wohlfahrtsverband der katholischen Kirche im Landkreis Rottal-Inn mit Sitz in Pfarrkirchen. Er ist Träger von Diensten und Einrichtungen mit rund 300 Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Beratung, Betreuung, Begleitung und Pflege.

Für die psychosoziale Beratung und Behandlung suchen wir ab 01.10.2026 oder später

einen Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d) für die Suchtberatung in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit.

Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 30,0 Stunden bis maximal 39,0 Stunden

Einsatzort: 84347 Pfarrkirchen und Umgebung.

Aufgaben:

  • Einzel-, Paar- und Familiengespräche von Erwachsenen mit substanzbezogenen Störungen (inkl. Substitution) und Verhaltenssüchten sowie deren Angehörigen
  • Planen und Durchführen von Gruppenangeboten
  • Ambulante Nachsorge nach einer stationären medizinischen Rehabilitation bei Abhängigkeitserkrankung
  • Vermittlung in weiterführende Hilfsangebote (z.B. stationäre medizinische Rehabilitation)
  • Dokumentation mit einem fachspezifischen EDV-Programm
  • Teilnahme an Fallbesprechungen und Supervision
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik (Diplom) bzw. Sozialen Arbeit (Bachelor, Master, Diplom mit staatl. Anerkennung) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eigenverantwortliches, zielorientiertes Handeln
  • Teamfähigkeit und empathischer Umgang mit Menschen
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterbildung

Wir bieten:
