  • Sie unterstützen Teilnehmende bei der Internetrecherche, der Akquise von Praktikums- oder Arbeitsplätzen mit dem Ziel der Vermittlung in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt
  • Sie führen Trainings und Workshops (u.a. mit den Schwerpunkten der Entwicklung von Schlüsselqualifikationen, Lernen zu lernen, Selbstmanagement, Arbeitsmarktentwicklung, Vorbereitung auf Prüfungen und Bewerbungsverfahren, Selbstvermarktungsstrategien) durch
  • Sie dokumentieren Ihre pädagogische Arbeit und die individuellen Maßnahmeverläufe

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung in der Bildungsarbeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • eine hohe soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Kontaktfreude
  • eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamorientierung
  • einen versierten Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket
