### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Sozialpädagogische Begleitung und Betreuung Erwachsener
  • Abbau von persönlichen und beruflichen Hemmnissen zur Arbeitsaufnahme
  • Jobcoach mit Unterstützung beim individuellen Bewerbungsmanagement
  • Organisation, Unterrichtsplanung und Verwaltung von Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation und Berichtswesen

### Du bringst mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik oder Pädagogik oder
  • Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung
  • Kontaktstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Eigeninitiative und Engagement
  • Gute Office-Kenntnisse und Medienkompetenz
  • Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
  • Vorerfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung von Vorteil
