Für unseren Auftrag zur aktiven Unterstützung von Bedarfsgemeinschaften brauchen wir pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Initiatoren. Wir begleiten, beraten und unterstützen Bedarfsgemeinschaften ganzheitlich mit systemischer Fokussierung. Starten Sie bei uns als Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d). Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Ermöglichung eines vertrauensvollen Arbeitsbündnisses mit den Klienten
  • Anamnestische Erhebungen
  • Erarbeitung von Zielsetzungen
  • Prozesssteuerung, Monitoring und Evaluation
  • Dokumentation
  • Netzwerkarbeit

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik / Sozialen Arbeit (Diplom, Bachelor, Master)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in der Zielgruppe
  • Umfassende Sozial- und Fachkompetenz
  • Proaktive Handlungskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Kooperations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständiges Erarbeiten von individuellen Lösungsstrategien und berufliche Perspektiven
  • Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Versierter Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
