Aufgaben

  • Pädagogische und therapeutische Begleitung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in einer intensivtherapeutischen Wohngruppe
  • Gestaltung des strukturierten Alltags sowie Krisenintervention und Deeskalation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Therapeuten, Eltern und dem Hilfesystem (z. B. Jugendamt, Schulen)
  • Dokumentation der Förder- und Hilfepläne sowie Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Konzepts
  • Stellenanforderungen
  • Ob als Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d), Sozialarbeiter (m/w/d) oder Erziehungswissenschaftler (m/w/d) – Sie bringen folgendes mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, idealerweise in intensivpädagogischen oder therapeutischen Settings
  • Belastbarkeit, Reflexionsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, professionelle Beziehungen zu gestalten
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst inkl. Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
