Inzwischen werden in Berlin und Brandenburg 320 Mitarbeiter in den Geschäftsfeldern Suchtrehabilitation, Prävention und Beratung, Kinder- und Jugendhilfe sowie Schul- und Berufsausbildung beschäftigt.

Willkommen in der „Integrierten Suchtberatung“ Ostprignitz Ruppin des Tannenhofs Berlin Brandenburg am Standort Neuruppin .

Hier arbeitet ein Team aus Sozialarbeiter\* innen, - pädagog\* innen und Suchttherapeut\* innen Hand in Hand zusammen. Immer auf Augenhöhe.

20,0- 30,0 Stunden / Woche 3 oder 4 Tage

Was sind UNSERE Wünsche:

  • ein Abschluss als Sozialpädagoge- \*in / Sozialarbeiter- \*in / Psychologe- \*in mit therapeutischer Zusatzqualifikation oder PPT in fortgeschrittener Ausbildung
  • therapeutische Zusatzqualifikation oder die Bereitschaft dazu
  • Berufserfahrung in der Suchthilfe oder Beratung
  • strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Dann sind das IHRE zu erwartenden Aufgaben (u.a.) :

  • Beratung von Menschen mit einer Abhängigkeitserkrankung
  • Ambulante Rehabilitation
  • Einzel- u. Gruppenberatung von Betroffenen und Angehörigen
  • Teilnahme an Fallbesprechungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern im Landkreis
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • Dokumentation und Auswertungen
