  • Systemische Grundhaltung mit Ressourcenorientierung
  • Beziehungsarbeit auf Augenhöhe nach milieutherapeutischen Grundsätzen und Bezugspersonensystem
  • Individuelle Unterstützung und Beratung der Klient:innen bei der Umsetzung ihrer Wünsche nach sozialer Teilhabe in allen Lebensbereichen
  • Förderung von Erlernen, Erhalt und Wiedergewinnung lebenspraktischer Fähigkeiten und Übernahme von Verantwortung für die Gemeinschaft
  • Krisenintervention
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation als Grundlage der Leistungen und Durchführung der Hilfeplanmaßnahmen
  • Umsetzung des Einrichtungskonzeptes der Leistungsvereinbarung und des Leitbildes

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Empathie, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – Berufseinsteiger:innen sind bei uns ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsfreude und Lust, sich aktiv einzubringen
