# Deine Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung und Strukturierung des pädagogischen Alltags der Kinder und Jugendlichen in der Gruppe
  • Organisation und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Freizeitaktivitäten im Wochenverlauf
  • Nachschulische Förderung durch das Konzept SILENTIUM®
  • Tägliche Übergabegespräche mit der Familie
  • Regelmäßige und systematische Elterngespräche; Erarbeitung von Perspektiven innerhalb der Familie
  • Systematischer und handlungsorientierter Aufbau von (Erziehungs-) Kompetenzen im Rahmen eines videogestützten Elterntrainings
  • Regelmäßiger Kontakt zur Schule im Rahmen von Abholungen und systematischen Lehrergesprächen
  • Fallbesprechungen im Team
  • Erstellung von Entwicklungsberichten
  • Vorbereitung und Mitgestaltung von Hilfeplangesprächen

# Dein Profil

  • Ein entsprechender Hochschul-/ Fachabschluss
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und erste Fahrpraxis
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit und für Kinder und Jugendliche
  • Weltoffene, positive, empathische Grundhaltung
  • Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Interesse an der Arbeit im Team
