  • ✓ Du gibst Menschen, die es schwer haben in den Arbeitsmarkt zu finden, neue Lebens- und Berufsperspektiven.
  • ✓ Du begleitest Deine Teilnehmenden langfristig durch individuelle Einzelcoachings, Beratungsgespräche und Projektarbeiten.
  • ✓ Die Gespräche führst du aufsuchend (z. B. als Hausbesuch, Walk und Talk oder Terminbegleitung) und am gsm-Standort.
  • ✓ Du nimmst Kontakt zu sozialen Netzwerkpartnern und Unternehmen auf und unterstützt Deine Teilnehmenden dadurch ganzheitlich auf ihrem Weg.
  • Dein Profil
  • ✓ Anerkannter Berufs- oder Studienabschluss (bervorzugt im Bereich Soziale Arbeit/ Pädagogik/ Heilpädagogik)
  • ✓ Erfahrung in der Beratung, idealerweise von arbeitssuchenden Menschen
  • ✓ Bereitschaft zu regionaler Mobilität für die aufsuchende Arbeit (Fahrerlaubnis und Pkw notwendig, die Fahrtkosten werden von uns erstattet)
  • ✓ Offenheit für digitale Kommunikation (z. B. MS Teams, SharePoint)
  • ✓ Empathisch, engagiert, teamfähig und mit viel Spaß an der Arbeit
