  • Unterstützung der Jugendrotkreuz-Regionsleitung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Förderung der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit
  • Vernetzungs-, Kooperations- und Gremienarbeit sowohl innerhalb des DRK als auch zu externen Partnern und Gremien
  • Beantragung und Abrechnung von Fördermitteln sowie Einwerbung von Projektmitteln

## Was für uns zählt

  • Pädagogische Fachkraft, Sozialpädagoge, Sozialarbeiter, Erzieher oder vergleichbare pädagogische Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen, in der Jugendverbandsarbeit sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Ehrenamtlichen
  • Kommunikations- und Innovationsfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden, nachmittags und abends
  • Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständig und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Kompetenz im Bereich der digitalen (sozialen) Medien
  • Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie offenes und sicheres Auftreten
  • Fahrerlaubnis für PKW
  • Identifikation mit dem Leitbild und den Grundsätzen des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes
  • Der Schutz der uns Anvertrauten ist uns besonders wichtig, daher benötigen wir von unseren Mitarbeitenden ein erweitertes Führungszeugnis sowie einen Nachweis der Masernimpfung bereits zum Arbeitsbeginn
