Sie suchen eine Aufgabe, bei der Sie wirklich etwas bewegen können?

Für unser ambulantes Team suchen wir Verstärkung durch Fachkräfte, die mit Herz, Verstand und einer wertschätzenden Haltung gemeinsam mit uns neue Perspektiven schaffen möchten.

Standort: Birkenfeld

Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von ambulanten Hilfen (sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe und Erziehungsbeistandschaft)
  • Umsetzung individueller Hilfepläne
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld
  • Organisation und Durchführung von pädagogischen Maßnahmen sowie Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Dokumentation der Betreuungsprozesse sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Entwicklungsberichten
  • Koordination mit anderen Fachstellen, Ärzten und Therapeuten zur optimalen Unterstützung der Klienten
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen, Supervisionen und Fortbildungen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit oder Erziehungswissenschaft mit dem Hauptfach Pädagogik sowie Psychologie mit dem Hauptfach Pädagogik.
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien ist wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Klient:innen und deren Angehörigen
  • Führerschein Klasse B und eigener PKW
