Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Familien auf Grundlage eines Hilfeplans
  • eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Förderung der Kinder und Jugendlichen
  • Stärkung der elterlichen Erziehungskompetenz
  • Krisenintervention, Risikoabschätzung bei Verdacht auf Kindeswohlgefährdung
  • Mitwirken im Hilfeplanprozess
  • Dokumentation, Reflexionsgespräche

Wir erwarten:

  • Teamfähigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit, Zuverlässigkeit
  • abgeschlossenes Studium (Sozialpädagogik/Soziale Arbeit)
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Erweitertes Führungszeugnis
  • Führerschein Klasse B
