Wir suchen ab sofort einen Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d) / Erzieher (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (25 Wochenstunden)

Pädagogische Förderung, Betreuung und Hilfestellung für psychisch beeinträchtigte junge Erwachsene:

Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:

  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Projekts auf pädagogisch-therapeutischen und strukturellen Gebiet
  • Durchführen von Wohngruppenbesprechungen
  • Dokumentation
  • Erstellen von Entwicklungsberichten
  • Krisenintervention
  • Teambesprechungen
  • Durchführen von Freizeit-und Ferienmaßnahmen
  • Einzelgespräche
  • Hinführen zur eigenständigen Lebensführung-Unterstützung bei der Erfüllung der täglichen Aufgaben
  • Verwaltungstechnische Aufgaben

Anforderungen an den Bewerber:

  • Bereitschaft zur Abends- und Wochenendarbeit, aber kein Nachtdienst
  • belastbar
  • engagiert
  • Teamfähig
  • flexibel

Was erwartet mich noch

  • Feste Schichtarbeit und Arbeitszeiten (Mo-So., Mo-Do. 17.00 Uhr- 22.00 Uhr; Fr 15.00-22.00 Uhr, Sa/So 14.00-22.00 Uhr) möglich auch Do-Do
