Für das ESF-Projekt „Aufwind - Neue Wege, neue Stärke“ suchen wir einen Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d) für die Arbeit mit Frauen mit Migrationserfahrung.

Rottweil, Villingen-Schwenningen I Vollzeit – 39 Std. I Ab sofort

### Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

Individuelle sozialpädagogische Begleitung und Beratung von Teilnehmerinnen

Unterstützung bei der beruflichen Orientierung und Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt

Analyse der beruflichen und persönlichen Situation von Kursteilnehmerinnen

Vermittlung von Kenntnissen und Fertigkeiten rund um Bewerbungen

Aktivierung und Vermittlung der Teilnehmerinnen in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt

Koordinierung der Projektabläufe

Kommunikation mit Kostenträgern, Arbeitgebern, Förderstellen etc.

Dokumentation des individuellen Teilnahmeverlaufs

### Das bringen Sie mit

abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit oder Pädagogik mit dem Schwerpunkt Soziale Arbeit

oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Personalauswahlsystemen und -Kriterien der Unternehmen

sowie des Portals der Bundesagentur für Arbeit

Einschlägige Erfahrung in Bewerbungscoaching und Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen sowie

Umfassende Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen und Internetkenntnisse

Empathie und interkulturelle Kompetenz

Einsatzfreude und Zuverlässigkeit
