Der Odenwälder Frauenhaus e.V. sucht für die Arbeit im Frauenhaus Erbach, möglichst ab sofort, eine

Sozialpädagogin

(oder vergleichbare Qualifikation), gerne auch mit Migrationshintergrund,

für 24,38 Wochenstunden

in der 4-Tage-Woche, kein Schichtdienst, mit turnusmäßiger Rufbereitschaft

und mit folgenden Aufgabenschwerpunkten:

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Frauen, die von häuslicher Gewalt betroffen/bedroht sind
  • Öffentlichkeits- und Vernetzungsarbeit
  • Geschäftsführende Aufgaben im Rahmen der Selbstverwaltung

Wir wünschen uns von unserer neuen Kollegin Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigenverantwortlichkeit, eine wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber den Frauen und Kindern sowie frauenpolitisches Interesse.
