Für unsere Frauenberatungsstelle COURAGE und das Frauen- und Kinderschutzhaus Kreis Waldshut suchen wir Verstärkung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung und psychosoziale Begleitung von Frauen, Mädchen und Kindern
  • Unterstützung bei der Verarbeitung von Gewalterfahrungen
  • ressourcenorientierte und individuelle Unterstützung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen und Netzwerken
  • Dokumentation und administrative Aufgaben

Das bringst Du mit

  • Studium der Sozialarbeit, Sozialpädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Empathie, Sensibilität und eine klare Haltung gegen Gewalt an Frauen und Kindern
  • selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • idealerweise Erfahrung oder Zusatzqualifikationen in Beratung, Gewalt- oder Kinderschutz
  • Bereitschaft zur Reflexion und professionellen Beziehungsarbeit
  • sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
