Sozialpädagogin / Sozialarbeiterin Dipl. oder B.A.

Aufgabengebiet

Beratung und Begleitung von Frauen und deren Kindern, die von häuslicher Gewalt betroffen sind

(sozialpädagogische Einzelfallarbeit)

  • Rufbereitschaft
  • Konzeptentwicklung
  • Öffentlichkeits- und Netzwerkarbeit
  • Administrative Aufgaben
  • Allgemeine Organisation des Hauses

Anforderungsprofil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium Dipl. Sozialpädagogin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Sozialgesetzgebung wünschenswert
  • Kompetenz in Krisenintervention
  • selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit, Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung
  • Führerschein der Klasse III (bzw. B oder C1)
  • Eigener PKW zwingend erforderlich
  • Identifikation mit dem Leitbild und den Zielen der Arbeiterwohlfahrt
