Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

● Individuelle Beratung und Coaching von Teilnehmenden in Einzelgesprächen zu

persönlichen und sozialen Themen.

● Durchführung kleiner Gruppenformate zu Themen wie Gesundheit, Bewegung,

soziales Leben, Unterstützungsleistungen und Bewerbung.

● Kreative und vielseitige Gestaltung Ihres Aufgabengebietes.

● Eigenständige Arbeit mit den Teilnehmenden sowie Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Das bringen Sie mit

● Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik/-arbeit oder eine vergleichbare

Qualifikation.

● Eine strukturierte, selbständige und vertrauensvolle Arbeitsweise.

● Teamorientiertes, flexibles und zielgerichtetes Handeln.

● Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich).

● Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung mit der Zielgruppe.
