Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Berlin suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit. Unser Ziel ist es, Kindern einen sicheren Raum zu bieten, um sich zu selbstständigen und einfühlsamen Persönlichkeiten zu entwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Betreuung von Kindern ab einem Jahr bis zum Schuleintritt, die kreative Gestaltung des Alltags und die Mitarbeit in einem christlichen Konzept. Sie vermitteln Werte wie Sicherheit, Lebensfreude und Beziehung.

Ihr Profil: Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern, staatlich anerkannte Qualifikation, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Empathie und gute Deutschkenntnisse.
