Die Jugendkunstschule Herne e. V. (JKS) mit Sitz in Herne besetzt ab 01.11.2026 die Stelle (87,87-% Stellenanteil entspricht 35 Std/Woche) der

Pädagogischen Fachkraft

zur Verstärkung ihres Teams der Jugendwerkstatt. Das Team besteht aus werkpädagogischen u. sozialpädagogischen Fachkräften.

Zielsetzung des Programms ist die niederschwellige Heranführung an Berufsvorbereitung, Ausbildung, Beschäftigung, schulische Aus- und Weiterbildung durch

  • Vermittlung von Basiswissen und Schlüsselqualifikationen
  • Persönlichkeitsstabilisierung
  • Hilfestellung beim Übergang in Ausbildung u. Beruf

Zielgruppe sind Jugendliche ab dem 8. Schulbesuchsjahr und Jugendliche mit besonderem Betreuungsbedarf nach Beendigung ihrer Schulpflicht.

Beratung u. Begleitung der Teilnehmenden

Vorstellungsgespräche mit Interessierten

Sozialpäd. Beratung u. Begleitung

Hilfestellung bei der Entwicklung von berufl. Lebensperspektiven

Auffinden von Möglichkeiten für Betriebspraktika

Betreuung und Unterrichtung von Teilnehmenden

Planung u. Durchführung von

  • sozialpäd. u. kulturpäd. Angeboten
  • Exkursionen

Vertretung von Werkpädagogen im Krankheitsfall

Organisation u. Verwaltung

Teamkoordination

Teilnehmerverwaltung

Kontakte zu Informationsstellen, Behörden u. Mitarbeit in Arbeitskreisen

Koordinierung von Aufträgen

Planung und Organisation von Ausstellungen und Veranstaltungen

Materialorganisation

Führen von Statistiken

Die Bewerberin/der Bewerber muss über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit päd. Schwerpunkt sowie über umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Durchführung und Organisation von Projekten in der Jugend- und Erwachsenenbildung verfügen. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung ist zwingend erforderlich. Interesse an kultureller Bildung ist erwünscht.

Vergütung: TV-L 10
