### Sozialpädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung der Familien/Jugendlichen zu Hause, Unterstützung bei Alltagsaufgaben, Gewährleistung der Gesundheitsfürsorge der Kinder
  • und Jugendlichen
  • Gestaltung/Förderung der Schulangelegenheiten und Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden
  • Begleitung wichtiger Termine
  • Hilfe bei Traumata, sowie therapeutische Anbindung
  • Dokumentation
  • Und damit punkten wir bei Ihnen:
  • Dynamisches Team in einem attraktiven und abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Intensives und engmaschiges Onboarding und Einarbeiten durch einen eigenen Coach
  • Wöchentliche Teamsitzungen, regelmäßige (externe)
  • Supervisionen und kollegiale Fallberatungen
  • Intensives Bezugsbetreuungssystem, hauptsächlich Tandemarbeit
  • Berufsbegleitende Weiterbildungen und Schulungen
  • Eigenes Diensthandy, eigener Dienstlaptop und ein JobTicket
  • „Budget“ für individuelle, freizeitpädagogische Aktivitäten mit Klienten
  • Flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell und 30 Tage Jahresurlaub
  • Aussicht auf unbefristeten Vertrag mit Bezahlung in grober Anlehnung an TVöD
  • Auch Studenten/innen der Sozialarbeit etc. können während des Studiums im Neben/ Minijob/ Praktikum beschäftigt werden.
  • Eine spätere Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis wird angestrebt.
