Die Elterninitiative Stehaufmännchen e.V. sucht ab sofort eine Sozialpädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d), in Teil- oder Vollzeit (21,5-39h). Wir sind eine erfahrene und dynamische Elterninitiative in Köln Weidenpesch mit kindgerechten Gruppenräumen und einem abwechslungsreichen Außengelände. Bei uns gibt es die U3-Gruppe mit zehn Kindern von ca. einem bis drei Jahren und die Ü3-Gruppe mit 20 Kindern von drei Jahren bis zum Schuleintritt. Unser freundliches und qualifiziertes Team besteht aus sieben pädagogischen Kräften, einer Köchin und einer Alltagshelferin.

  • Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung Kinder zusammen mit dem Team
  • Einbringen neuer Impulse in die pädagogische Arbeit
  • Bindungsaufbau und emotionale Sicherheit
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation
  • Kontaktaufbau und –pflege mit den Eltern
