  • Als privater Träger führen wir ein vollstationäres INTENSIV-HEILPÄDAGOGISCHES KLEINSTHEIM für Kinder und Jugendliche.
  • In der Einrichtung betreuen wir bis zu 6 Kinder/Jugendliche im Alter von 6 - 18 Jahren.

Wir suchen eine sozialpädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Die Stelle ist sozialversicherungspflichtig und setzt die Bereitschaft zu Schicht-/Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienst voraus.

Nach einer entsprechenden Einarbeitung sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • individuelle Sozialisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Wiederintegration der Jugendlichen in die Gesellschaft
  • Vermittlung von lebenspraktischen Fähigkeiten
  • Hausaufgabenbetreuung
  • Freizeitgestaltung

Wir erwarten:

  • entsprechende abgeschlossene Ausbildung im pädagogischen Bereich (z.B. Erzieher/in, Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d); Heilerziehungspfleger/in)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit stark verhaltensauffälligen Kindern/Jugendlichen und/oder in der stationären Jugendhilfe wäre wünschenswert
  • psychische Belastbarkeit
  • hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Freude und hohe Motivation im Umgang mit schwierigen, jungen Menschen
  • Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Kritikfähigkeit und Selbstreflexion
  • PKW-Führerschein erforderlich
